通孔４を穿設して上記導孔３と通し孔５とを連通
させ、また、上記カツター取付軸２の他側端側に
は冷却媒体輸送用のホース７が取付かるロータリ
ジヨイント６を設けて上記通し孔５とホース７と
を連通させてなる路面カツターのカツターブレー
