ーに枢着され且つ前記ラチエツトホイールの歯と
係合する爪を有した調節レバーと、前記ピストン
と一体に動くように一端を前記ピストンの外間に
固着された連結板とを備え、この連結板と前記調
節レバーとの間に引張りスプリングを張設すると
ともにこの引張りスプリングの力により前記連結
板の他端と当接する当接部を前記調節レバーに設
け、前記シリンダボデーの上端開口部の外周と前
記ピストンの上端部外周間に両端を固定した弾性
体製ブーツを設けたホイールブレーキシリンダに
おいて、前記ラチエツトホイールを手動で回転さ
せるべく前記バツキングプレートに設けられた小
窓から挿入されてその先端を前記ラチエツチホイ
