Claims (1)
- 発光体素子を配列した基板上に、該発光体素子
のそれぞれに対応して透孔部を設けたマスク板が
配置されたドツトマトリクス発光表示体において
、上記マスク板の上記透孔部より１．３以上の屈
折率を有する透光性素材を充填して封止層を形成
し、その封止層の上面を凹面に形成するとともに
上記透孔部の内周壁に光反射面を設けたことを特
徴とするドツトマトリクス発光表示体。
