Claims (1)
- 大径シリンダ内に大径プランジヤを摺動自在に
嵌合せしめ、該大径シリンダ内の大径プランジヤ
で分けられた２つの室のうち一方の室に前記大径
プランジヤを軸線方向へ付勢する弾撥体を収納し
、前記大径プランジヤを貫通して大径シリンダ内
に固着した小径シリンダ内に、前記弾撥体が収納
された大径シリンダの室側から外方へ突出する小
径プランジヤを嵌合せしめ、前記大径シリンダの
弾撥体が収納されていない室と小径シリンダの小
径プランジヤが嵌合された室とを連通させる流通
路を前記小径シリンダに設け、前記大径シリンダ
の弾撥体が収納されていない室と小径シリンダの
室とに流体を充填させたことを特徴とするシリン
ダ装置。
