トコンベヤーは垂直線に対し約１３°乃至２０°
搬送面が上向きに傾斜して設けてあり、これと相
対する第２のベルトコンベヤーの下端から上端近
くまでは前記第１のベルトコンベヤーと平行な搬
送面が下向きに設けてあり、また前記第２のベル
トコンベヤーの上端部は下部とは逆に反対方向に
、つまり、搬送部が上向になるよう傾斜させて、
前記第１のベルトコンベヤー上端部とによつて、
ホツパ状部を形成しており、かつ第１のベルトコ
ンベヤーより第２のベルトコンベヤーの搬送速度
が１．２５乃至１．５倍速くなるように伝動機構
によつて連結してあることを特徴とするうどん、
