A device for sweets batching when packing to cases comprises a conveyor for sweets feeding and a conveyor for cases feeding arranged under the first one. In order to reduce hand labour the device is provided with mounted pivotally at right angle to the conveyor belt gate with adjustable balance, pinned deflector arranged at place of contact point of the conveyors feeding sweets and cases, with bars equipped with mechanisms of bar plane-parallel motion above the conveyor belt and arranged on both sides of the conveyor.
