Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a stator core to reduce the number of parts, by making an insulating material, which is equipped with a conductive material as means relaying a coil lead wire in a stator part, adhere to the back surface of a main flat plane having ring-shaped grooves, and connecting one end of the conductive material to a coil lead wire with the other end connected to an external circuit. CONSTITUTION:Ring-shaped grooves 1a and 1b are formed on one-sided surfaces of both a stator core and ferrite core, 1 and 1', with coils 2a and 2b wound in the grooves. On the other hand, an insulating material 3 is equipped with a conductive relaying rod 4, and a coil lead wire 5 is connected to one side of the relaying rod 4. The insulating material 3 is made to adhere to the back surface of a main flat plane in the stator core 1, with the coil lead wire 5 put into a slit 4a. Thus, the stator core can be miniaturized by adhesion of the insulating material 3 to the back surface of the main flat plane.

In the conventional device, as described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 120821/1982, the lead wire terminals of the stator part require a terminal pin for external circuit connection provided on a fixed cylinder in addition to the terminal plate. Moreover, there is a problem in that the stator core must be made larger in order to fix the terminal plate.
