[Prior Art] Conventionally, in the extrusion work of insulators, conductor stranded wires are jointed in the flame of a burner by applying a welder or powdered silver solder to the ends of the stranded wires.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention Kuroko] However, in the case of thin stranded wires with a wire diameter of 0.2 or less, the stranded wires tend to melt and break when using a welder, and when using the powder silver soldering method,
There are problems such as the melted silver solder adheres to the joint part in a round shape and does not pass smoothly through the mandrel of the extruder if left as is.

本発明の目的は、これらの欠点を解消し、ジヨイント部

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate these drawbacks, and to provide a joint part that has a strong joint strength, has an outer diameter that is almost the same as the outer diameter of the stranded wire, and can smoothly pass through the mandrel of an extruder. The purpose is to propose a method for manufacturing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The gist of the present invention is to pour silver thread solder into appropriate sections of the ends of the stranded wire while melting it with the flame of a burner, and then to heat it while abutting both ends of the stranded wire. It is something that makes you join.

An appropriate length of the stranded wire terminals varies depending on the diameter of the strands and the diameter of the stranded wires, but in practice, the length is 10 to 30 mm.

[Function] In the present invention, by using a burner or the like to melt and pour the solder thread into a suitable section of the end of the stranded wire, the bonding force between the solder silver and the stranded wire becomes sufficiently strong. In addition, since thread silver solder has stronger fluidity and adhesiveness than the conventional powdered silver solder method, it soaks into the gaps without swaying the twisted wires, and the molten silver solder is able to absorb the powdered silver solder easily. It does not curl up into a lump of silver solder like it does when used, and there are no six ends at the ends, which seep out between the strands and serve as a bond to the other wire, and the outside diameter of the joint part has no strands of strands. It is equal to the outer diameter of the wire.

[Example] 0.3φ silver solder was melted in the flame of a burner and poured over a length of about 20m from the end of a concentric strand made of 7 wires with a diameter of 0.16m twisted together. After that, both ends of the thread silver-brazed were butted together in the flame of a burner and jointed. The outer diameter of the joint was almost the same as the outer diameter of the stranded wire, and it passed smoothly through the mandrel of the extruder. The strength of the joint part was 3.1 h/ctA, which was sufficient for extrusion work.

[Effects of the Invention] By the joint method of the present invention, the joining force of the joint part is strong, the outer diameter of the joint part is almost the same as the outer diameter of the stranded wire, and it is possible to make a joint that passes through the mandrel of the insulator extruder without stopping. As a result, disconnections in conventional insulator extruders were eliminated, and production efficiency was stabilized and improved.
