A first valve casing and a second valve having a built-in valve opening/closing mechanism including a sliding valve that opens and closes a main valve port and a sub-valve port from inside the valve casing, which has an inlet, an inflow chamber, a discharge chamber, a drain, etc. The casings are mounted via support fittings with both protruding sides of the valve rod facing each other and at a predetermined interval, and are rotatably attached to the support fittings approximately in the center between the first and second valve casings.
