Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は多数の鉄筋を組み込みして建築物を建
設する際に作業機として使用する鉄筋吊揚機に関
する。 従来においても鉄筋構造の建築物を構築する際
に鉄筋吊揚機は各種のものが使用されているのを
見るが、その何れも重量が大で、形状が大きく、
且つ嵩張り、現場で使用するには余りに大がかり
で人手で簡単に移動できないものが多かつた。 かゝる現状に鑑み考案されたのが本考案になる
鉄筋吊揚機で、本考案になる鉄筋吊揚機は構造簡
単で軽量且つ嵩張らないことを主目的とし、更に
隅梁等作業の困難な場所においても使用可能と成
すもので、多少の補助具を使用することもあるが
全体として任意の場所で容易に取り扱えるように
成したものである。 以下図面に基づいて本考案の実施例についてそ
の詳細を説明する。 主柱1は1本の適宜太さの軽量パイプ等からな
り、その側面適宜の位置には左右に貫通する後述
の止めピン43等が挿入される小孔10が複数個
設けてあり、主柱1の上端にはレバーホイスト9
等を取付するためのアイボルト11が固設されて
あり、下端にはこれに架設される枠組鉄筋の荷重
を合わせて受止めする適宜の面積を有する台板1

具41を枢支するための保持金42が固設され、
他方適宜の位置には止めピン43が鎖等により取
付されている。又掛止金具は主柱1適宜の位置
に止めピン43をもつて掛止させると同時に、鈎
金具41に腕棒5を横臥状に保持させ、この腕棒
5に鉄筋を横に架設せしめて枠組鉄筋100を組
付するものである。主柱1の上端アイボルト11
には必要に応じてレバーホイスト9等が取付され
るが、このレバーホイスト9に使用されるフツク
又はチエーン90は先端を2股構造91と成し、
この2股構造91のチエーン又はフツクを主柱1
に股がして取付するものである。チエーン又はフ
ツクを2股構造91とする理由は架設された枠組
鉄筋100を吊揚げる場合、主柱1を股ぐように
してフツク又はチエーン90を吊揚げた方が主柱
1に異常な力が加わらず、主柱1の径及び材料を
軽減することができるからである。補助杆と止
は1本の主柱1のみでは支持が不安定で、支
持を必要とする所に必要に応じて主柱1の支えと
して使用するもので、補助杆は2枚の対向する
横長の板体からなる板杆60とその先端に固設さ
れるL棒62とからなり、板杆60は中心適宜の
位置に小孔61を複数個設け、且つ小孔61に挿
通する止めピン63を板杆60の適宜の位置に吊
下げ又は独立して設ける。止板は適宜形状の板
体70に上記L棒62を挿入位置決めする環体7

す如く、先ず主柱1は枠組鉄筋100が設置され

数設ける。この時主柱1下部に設けた台板13は
枢支される支杆12によつて主柱1の直下に配設
され、その直上に設けた座環により直立が維持
される如く直立させて設ける。次に主柱1の中間
適宜の位置に掛止金具を小孔10と止めピン4
1を使用して掛止せしめる。掛止金具に枢設し
た鈎金具41には腕棒5を横臥状に保持せしめ、
この横臥状に保持せしめた腕棒5上に鉄筋(主
筋)を適宜間隔に付設し、しかる後にスタラツプ
(副筋)を等間隔に配設し、これ等を互に結束線
で結束して枠組鉄筋100の枠組が終了する。鉄
筋の枠組が終了すると鉄筋吊揚保持機の必要箇所
にはその主柱1上端のアイボルト11を利用して
レバーホイスト9が取付けられ、その先端のフツ
クは主柱1を股いで枠組鉄筋100に掛止され、
枠組鉄筋100全体は一旦上方に若干吊揚げら
れ、この状態で腕棒5を取り除き、しかる後に枠
組鉄筋100を徐々に降下せしめて最終的に枠組
された型枠101内に枠組鉄筋100を設置する
ものである。枠組鉄筋100が型枠101内に設
置された後、主柱1は多少前後左右に移動しなが
ら上方に持揚げれば台板13の片側端は枢着支持
する屈折構造であるため、台板13と支杆12が
連鎖状となり取り出せるものである。又座環
環体20の下端に設けた板体22がバネ板構造と
なつているため先端が窄まつて取り出しに支障の
ない構造と成している。他の実施例として掛止金
および状況によつて使用する補助杆と止板
の使用方法について説明すれば、掛止金具
架設する鉄筋荷重が比較的軽い時、あるいは前記
掛止金具の簡易型として比較的荷重の軽い場所
に前記掛止金具と適宜におりまぜて使用するこ
とができるもので、掛止金具はその鈎金31部
を主柱1の上下の小孔10に挿入して位置決め固
定を行い使用するものである。補助杆と止板
の使用方法は、鉄筋吊揚保持機の主柱1に加えら
れる荷重が非常に大きい場合に使用するもので、
主柱1に設けた小孔10適宜の位置に補助杆
板杆60に設けた小孔61を一致させて止めピン
6を挿入して掛止せしめ、他端のL棒62の先端
に止板の環体71を嵌入せしめ、止板は板体

の逆の手順で固定することも考えられる。 以上本考案になる鉄筋吊揚保持機は前にも記し
た通り、取扱い容易な簡易型鉄筋吊揚機に相当す
るもので、工事現場で作業員が簡単に取り扱える
よう極めて軽量で且つ嵩張らないように成してあ
り、その第1の特徴は1本の主柱1で架設された
枠組鉄筋100を支持する構造にあり、従来の鉄
筋吊揚機ではその殆んどが主柱を2本併立させた
門型の枠柱を使用しており、門型枠柱においては
枠柱が枠組された鉄筋100の両側に支えとして
直立するために建物の隅に配置する枠組鉄筋の場
合には片側が壁又は無支点となり使用不可能であ
つた。この点本考案になる鉄筋吊揚保持機は中央
に1本の主柱1を設けるのみのため、隅部、端部
を問わず随所に使用可能と成すものである。第2
の特徴は本考案において枠組鉄筋を吊揚するため
のレバーホイスト9等の吊揚機構は必要に応じて
適宜な個所にのみ取付ける方式と成している。こ
れに対し従来型の鉄筋吊揚機はこの吊揚機構を専
属に鉄筋吊揚機の入部に組込みしてあるため、全
体的に門型枠柱と共に重量を重くし非経済的であ
る。この点本考案になる鉄筋吊揚保持機は必要な
個所に適宜に吊揚機構を取付可能と成しているた
め、吊揚機構を具備しないものはその分だけ重量
も軽く、主柱1が1本で済む面も含めれば遥かに
軽量で取扱いが容易である。従つてこの簡易軽量
化が終極的に作業能率の向上に著しく役立つもの
である。 以上本考案になる鉄筋吊揚保持機は従来品に比
較し遥かに軽量且つ嵩張らない構造と成し、作業
能率の向上および価格の低廉を図つたものであ
る。
