(Prior art) Various types of yarn such as woolen yarn, mohair yarn, mole yarn, etc. have been used as handicraft materials, and there are a wide variety of thicknesses and a wide variety of types. Although suitable materials are selected and used, it is well known that new handicraft materials are being searched for in accordance with the trend of constantly seeking novelty and novelty.

In particular, among traditional handicraft materials, relatively thick yarns, mohair, etc., regardless of whether they are natural or synthetic fibers, naturally become heavier due to the large amount of fiber used. However, pilling tends to occur, and there are various problems as a handicraft material.

However, in recent years, the development of fibers has been remarkable, and many processed yarns, including bulky processed yarns, have become available, and handicraft materials based on these various materials are being talked about, and their use in handicraft materials is progressing. Along with this, we are calling for the diversification of the handicraft field.
There is a demand for the development of various new materials.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention was devised in response to the trends of the times and in response to its demands, with the aim of developing new fields of handicrafts, and consists of continuous chain knitting. By trying to use chain yarn and applying it to tube knitting, we have deepened the bond with various core materials, reduced the weight of conventional thick yarn, and improved the yarn appearance as well as handicraft products. The purpose is to add novelty.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention is characterized in that tube knitting is performed using the chain yarn to form a thin cylindrical structure, and a bulky feel is created inside the sheath of the tube yarn. It consists of a tube yarn in which a certain thread is inserted as a core and a variety of changes are imparted by combining the two.

Here, the chain-like yarn refers to a yarn in which arbitrary yarns are knitted continuously using a knitting method generally known as chain stitching to form a continuous thread body with a chain-like appearance. This is easily and mass-produced by continuous mechanical means.

The arbitrary yarn constituting this chain yarn may be any fiber such as natural fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber, or synthetic fiber, or may be a mixture of two or more thereof. In addition, filament, spun yarn, or even crimped yarn may be used, and the thickness does not necessarily have to be constant depending on the request, and any appropriate thickness can be used, but it is preferably 100 to 840.

In this case, the size of the tube and the size of the stitches are appropriately determined depending on the type of handicraft product, and also taking into consideration the type and thickness of the knitted chain yarn to be knitted.

On the other hand, the bulky yarn inserted as a core material into the tubular interior of the tube yarn can be made of synthetic fibers, natural fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, natural wool, etc., and can be short fibers or long fibers. However, it is preferable that the yarn exhibits a bulky shape.

In particular, so-called crimp yarns, in which synthetic fiber filaments such as nylon or polyester yarns are knitted into stockinette knits, fixed by heat treatment, and then unraveled, are most effective. It is most desirable to insert the fiber after it has been unraveled and divided into fibers to give it sufficient bulkiness.

However, bulky yarns made of acrylic fibers, synthetic filament yarns that have undergone crimping such as insertion type or false twisting type, and even different types of fibers, or after winding and twisting with different tensions, one fiber becomes slack and bulky. It is possible to select and use yarns with various bulky properties, such as yarns that have been given bulkiness, yarns that have been given bulkiness by applying bulky treatment to yarn, etc., depending on the product application.

In addition, the fibers inserted into this interior and the fibers of the chain yarn knitting the cylindrical covering may be of different types or colors, or each fiber may also include fibers of different types or colors to take advantage of the characteristics of these various fibers. However, the fact that the tube yarn of the present invention can be applied in a wide range of applications is demonstrated by the fact that it is possible to make even more diverse changes in heat shrinkage and coloring.

In addition, the tube yarn made of a cylindrical string body in which a bulky yarn is inserted into a cylinder according to the present invention is as follows:
It is possible to use this as is, but if you run it through a napping machine and use a needle on a napping cloth, the outer surface consisting of chain yarn stitches will be napped, and the bulky yarn will be inside. If the inner bulky yarn and the outer tube-knit chain yarn are needled and intertwined with each other, the raised fiber portion of the inner bulky yarn passes through the stitches of the tubular covering of the chain yarn. The material protrudes and makes the bond between the two materials even better, giving it an appearance similar to that of mohair or mole yarn, as well as a unique appearance not seen in conventional handicraft materials, which is extremely effective.

Figure 2 shows the tubular knitting which forms the sheath of the tube yarn of the present invention which is knitted into a thin cylindrical shape using the chain yarn 1 as described above; in the figure, 1 is the chain yarn forming the tube yarn; A thin tube-shaped sheath tube 2 is formed by knitting as shown in FIG.

In this case, the diameter of the tubular sheath knitting, that is, the thickness of the tubular yarn, is determined by the number of circumferential stitches.
It goes without saying that the size of the stitches and the number of stitches are determined depending on the purpose of use or use, and can be easily changed at any time. Therefore, it is knitted and formed to have the required thickness as well as the thickness of the chain yarn 1.

The tube yarn of the present invention formed as described above can be used as a knitting material to produce clothing such as sweaters and shawls as well as conventional handicraft materials, as well as various indoor equipment products such as cushions, rugs, and wall hangings.
Alternatively, it is extremely effective when combined with a core material such as a synthetic resin mesh frame to create a wide variety of handicraft products, and gives the products a unique texture.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the tube yarn of the present invention has a bulky yarn inserted inside the tube-shaped tube knitted with chain yarns, so it can be easily used regardless of the thickness of the material. Compared to thick yarn materials, the amount of fiber used is small, and there are many stitch spaces and bulky yarn air storage spaces, making it lightweight, which not only improves workability during handicraft operations, but also makes it easier to use fibers. The tube yarn has a cost advantage due to the reduction in quantity. Moreover, the structure of the sheath tube of the tube yarn is a chain yarn, which is rich in novelty. This doubles the three-dimensional effect, bringing about many innovations in the handicraft field and changing the appearance and texture of products. Also, even when bulky yarn is built-in, the outer circumference of the bulky yarn is covered with a tube, which prevents pilling. It is possible to improve the practical value as a handicraft material with a new texture, with little negative impact on product quality.

Moreover, since the tube yarn of the present invention is composed of inner and outer fibers of the sheath and core, the type and color of each fiber can be changed, and the diameter of the outer tube, the thickness of the yarn used, the number of stitches, etc. can be changed. By making it correspond to the internal bulky yarn, it is possible to provide materials for creating a variety of products, and furthermore, it creates a bulky feel through the stitch space created by the chain-like yarn, and the field of handicrafts is expected to undergo more and more diverse changes in the future. It is highly anticipated that this technology will be put to practical use.
