Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は複写機等の給紙部に関するものであ
る。複写機における給紙は例えば感光ドラムの回
転に同期して転写紙を間欠的に一枚一枚転写位置
に送らねばならない。しかしながら転写紙は普通
には集積された形で給紙台上に置かれるのが常で
あるので、単純な送り方をした場合には数枚一緒
に転写位置に送り出される(以下重送という)お
それが出て来る。そのためこれを防止する対策が
従来から種々考えられている。例えば集積転写紙
の前方両コーナーに金属性の爪部材を設けたり、
或いは転写紙とゴムベルトとの静止摩擦係数と転
写紙と非回転部材との静止摩擦係数の差を利用し
た装置が知られている。また単に転写紙送り出し
ローラにゴム片を微弱なバネで圧接することによ
り前述のゴムベルトと非回転部材との相互作用の
代用を行なわせるものも知られている。他に突固
定ローラ方式もよく知られている。しかし爪部材
を用いる方法の場合には左右の爪形状が不揃いで
あると紙曲りが発生し易く、紙サイズのばらつき
に対して精密な調整が必要であり紙補給の操作性
も悪くしかも紙の分離作用が必ずしも確実に行な
われないという欠点があり、ゴムベルトを利用す
る方法では構造的に複雑になるばかりでなくベル
トと非回転部材との接触面積をそれほど大きく出
来ないという制約があり、ゴム片を圧接する方法
の場合には微弱なバネ勢力の設置及び調節を要す
るということが欠点となつて現れる。また固定ロ
ーラ方式では送り出しで2枚送り出された際には
ほぼ分離されるが3枚以上n枚送り出された場合
には固定ローラに接触する1枚だけが分離され残
りのn−1枚が給紙されることがある。これはロ
ーラ同志の接触では線接触のため分離するチヤン
スが一度しか得られないところにその原因があ

は前記送り出しローラの前方に置かれた本願に係
る重送防止装置を構成する要素で、駆動(回転)
ローラと、円弧状のゴム板を夫々示し、転写紙と
の関係は、駆動ローラ4と転写紙との静止摩擦係
数をμ1、ゴム板5と転写紙との静止摩擦係数を
μ2、転写紙同志の静止摩擦係数をμ3とする
と、μ1>μ2>μ3となるようゴムの材質を適
当に選び駆動ローラ4とゴム板5との接触巾(面
積)が十分に得られるよう補助的手段(図示せ
ず)により設定してある。ゴム板5は実験結果よ
り厚さ1mm(巾30mm)ゴム硬度60゜のウレタンゴ
ムが捌き性能の効果が大であつた。6はゴム板5
をのり付けして固定するための円筒の一部を切り
欠いた支持部材、7は搬送ローラである。搬送ロ
ーラの材質としては、例えばゴム硬度40゜でゾウ
