  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 網体を張架した篩枠と、該篩枠による篩別
    粉を流動又は排出する流し枠とを外箱内に積層し
    て配設した加振篩別機、 該加振篩別機に定量的に原料粉体を供給する原
    料粉体供給装置、 上記加振篩別機内にキヤリアーガスを通過させ
    るキセリアーガス圧縮機又はキヤリアーガス排出
    機、 上記加振篩別機により篩別された篩別粉体の篩
    別粉受槽、及び 該篩別粉受槽それぞれに連通させた固気分離装
    置 を備え、且つ粉体通路が密閉されていることを特
    徴とする微粉篩別装置。 (2) 加振篩別機の加振方式がジヤイロモーシヨ
    ン方式である、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
    記載の微粉篩別装置。
