Claims (1)
- 共振周波数の互に異なる複数の超音波振動子と
、単一の１次巻線および各超音波振動子に接続さ
れる複数の２次巻線を有するトランスと、上記複
数の超音波振動子の各共振周波数を含む範囲にわ
たつて周波数を掃引する発振器と、上記発振器の
出力によつて上記トランスを駆動する駆動回路と
を有し、上記トランスの複数の２次巻線のインピ
ーダンスがそれぞれ上記超音波振動子の共振時に
おけるインピーダンスにほぼ等しく設定されてい
るものである超音波発生装置。
