らの導出部を前記筒型磁性体の少なくとも両端面
に沿うように配置して外部端子を形成したことを
特徴とするチツプ型インダクタンス素子。 ２ 前記リボン状導体は、形状記憶合金からなる
ものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
