本発明は品質の安定したスピーカ用ボイスコイ
ルに関するものである。 従来のスピーカ用ボイスコイルとしては第1
図,第2図に示すように天然パルプシートをボビ
ン材1とし、このボビン材シート1に溶剤再活性
型の接着層2を設け、表面に溶剤再活性型の接着
層3を設けたマグネツトワイヤ4をメタノールな
どの溶剤を塗布しながらボビン材1を巻回し、巻
線の施さない上部に補強紙5を貼付けて構成され
ていた。 このようにボビン材1が天然パルプシートであ
るため、外表面に溶剤再活性型接着剤2、すなわ
ち、通常メタノールで再活性されるポリアミド系
樹脂をコーテイングし、これを乾燥させると、天
然パルプシートは変形する。すなわち、天然パル
プはアルコール系溶剤により柔かくなり膨潤し、
アルコール系溶剤が揮散するとき天然パルプシー
トが収縮してシワや変形を生じるものであつた。 さらにマグネツトワイヤ4もアルコール系溶剤
を塗布しながら巻線するため、ボイスコイルの内
径が変化し不良の大きな要因となつていた。 このような対策として、熱硬化性樹脂、たとえ
ばイミド系変性ワニス、エポキシ系樹脂などをあ
らかじめボビン材1となる天然パルプシートに含
浸して加熱乾燥シートにポリアミド樹脂をコーテ
イングしたものが開発されているが、加熱乾燥の
熱硬化条件が150〜180℃の高温で20〜30分間処理
しているため、この時点でシートの変形を生じ、
シート材自体の劣化原因となつていた。 本発明は以上のような従来の欠点を除去するも
のであり、耐熱性、耐湿性を向上させ、変形など
の生じない寸法安定性に優れたスピーカ用ボイス
コイルを提供することを目的とするものである。 上記目的を達成するために本発明は、天然パル
プを主原料としたシートに湿気硬化型ウレタン系
樹脂を含湿したものをボビン材としたことを特徴
とするものである。 以下、本発明の一実施例を図面第3図,第4図
により説明する。 6は天然パルプシート7に湿気硬化型ウレタン
系樹脂8を含浸し乾燥したボビン材で、このボビ
ン材6の外周面にはメタノールに希釈させたポリ
アミド系樹脂層9を設け、このボビン材6の外周
面下部にポリアミド系樹脂層10を外表面に設け
たマグネツトワイヤ11をメタノールを塗布しな
がら巻回し、この巻線のないボビン材6の外周面
上部に補強紙12を貼付けて構成されている。 具体的には50μ〜100μ厚の天然パルプシート
7に酢酸エステル、メチルエチルケトン,アセト
ンなどの溶剤に希釈した湿気硬化型ウレタン系樹
脂8を含浸し、比較的低温の80℃以下の温度で溶
剤を揮散させ、乾燥後10時間以上経過したシート
は変形のない耐湿性,耐溶剤性、特にアルコール
系溶剤に対して良好なシートとなり、かつ剛性に
も優れたボビン材6となつた。さらに耐熱性も向
上し、100℃以上の加熱に対しても変形やシワな
どの寸法変化はなかつた。 次に天然パルプシートに対して20wt%の湿気
硬化型ウレタン樹脂を含浸したものの寸法変化を
測定した結果を下表1に示す。なお、試験は各湿
度雰囲気中で1時間乾燥させ常温状態にて寸法の
変化をみた。また比較のため天然パルプシートの
みのものの寸法変化を示した。

As a countermeasure against this problem, a method has been developed in which a natural pulp sheet serving as the bobbin material 1 is impregnated in advance with a thermosetting resin, such as an imide-based modified varnish or an epoxy resin, and then the heat-dried sheet is coated with a polyamide resin. However, since the heat curing conditions for heat drying are processed at a high temperature of 150 to 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes, the sheet deforms at this point.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and aims to provide a voice coil for a speaker that has improved heat resistance and moisture resistance, and has excellent dimensional stability that does not cause deformation.
