A bobbin 1 made of kraft paper is lightweight and has excellent adhesive properties, but on the other hand, it has poor heat resistance and poor dissipation of heat generated by the coil 2.
It had drawbacks such as poor rigidity, and could not be used for large-input speakers.

Furthermore, these items are constructed by winding a material cut into strips into a cylindrical shape to form a bobbin 1, winding a magnet wire thereon, and pasting reinforcing paper 3. The bobbin 1 cannot be made perfectly round because of the tendency to sag, and this becomes more noticeable as the temperature rises, causing the problem of gap rubbing.

For this reason, spiral-wound bobbins have been developed, but although they can be easily formed using adhesive materials such as paper, it is difficult to spirally wind metal foils, and the reality is that they have not been put to practical use.

That is, the bobbin 4 collects high elastic long fibers such as carbon fibers, silicon carbide fibers, and glass fibers into a belt-shaped yarn 5 having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.1 mm and a width of 0.5 to 2 mm, as shown in FIG. 4A. In this way, a thermosetting resin 6 such as a poxy resin, an imide resin, or a phenol resin is impregnated. The amount of impregnated thermosetting resin 6 is preferably 20 to 40 wt% based on the high elastic fiber. As shown in FIG. 4B, this is heated at 100 to 150 DEG C. for 20 to 25 minutes to semi-cure the thermosetting resin 6 and wind it up.

Next, as shown in FIG.
The thermosetting resin 6 is cured by heating for 60 minutes, and then extracted from the cylindrical jig 8 and cut into a predetermined size as shown in FIG. 4D to form the bobbin 4.

As described above, the speaker voice coil of the present invention is lightweight, has excellent rigidity, has excellent adhesion between the coil and bobbin, and has excellent heat resistance and heat dissipation, making it suitable for use in large-input speakers. It has the advantage of good productivity, does not deform during use, does not produce abnormal sounds due to gap rubbing, and can be of high quality, and is of great practical value.
