【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は高弾性の長繊維を集束した糸に熱硬化
性樹脂を含浸したものを円筒状に巻回したものを
加熱硬化して構成したボビンを用いたスピーカ用
ボイスコイルに係り、軽量で剛性に優れたものを

従来のスピーカ用ボイスコイルとしては第1図

れを第4図Bに示すように100〜150℃で20〜25分
間加熱して熱硬化性樹脂6をセミキユアの状態に

優れ大入力用スピーカにも十分適用でき、生産性
も良好で、使用中に変形を起してギヤツプごすり
による異常音を発生させることもなく、高品質と
することができるなどの利点をもち実用的価値の
