The can body 1 has a predetermined pressure resistance (for example, an internal pressure of 7.5
Kg/ cm2, etc.), it is made of steel plate or the like, and its inner surface is finished with enamel. Further, the can body 1 is configured such that the lid body 2 and the can body 3 are separable so that the inside of the can can be inspected, repaired, cleaned, etc. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4, the structure is such that a flange 2a provided around the lower part of the lid body 2 and a flange 3a provided around the upper part of the can body 3 are connected to bolts 6a, nuts 6b, etc. They are adapted to be joined by fastening means. And each flange 2a on the lid body 2 and the can body 3,
An annular packing 7 made of plastic rubber or the like is interposed between the parts 3a. In FIG. 3, one tube 2b standing upright on the top of the lid 2 is an inflow tube, and the other tube 2c is an outflow tube. Further, the pipe body 3b hanging down from the bottom of the can body 3 is a drain pipe.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the can body 1, the flange 2a of the lid body 2 and the flange 3a of the can body 3 are joined to the annular packing 7 on the entire annular surface. In other words, each flange 2
Due to the peripheral arrangement of a and 3a, each annular end surface where the lid body 2 and the can body 3 face each other has a wide band-like area. Therefore, when connecting the lid 2 and the can body 3, if the tightening degrees (torque balance) of each bolt 6a and nut 6b are not equal, the degree of compression of the annular packing 7 will vary at various parts of the annular shape. This was causing the hot water stored in the can body 1 to leak. In addition, if the bolts 6a and nuts 6b are strongly tightened at various locations in an attempt to avoid this, the flanges 2a, 3a will deform so that only the areas around each fastening part are locally depressed, and instead the gaps between the fastening parts will become distorted. (between pitches) was causing water leakage.

"Structure of the invention" (Means for solving the problem) The gist of the hot water storage tank of the present invention is that it consists of a can body wrapped with a heat insulating material, and an exterior material covering the can body together with the heat insulating material. The can body is a hot water storage tank used in a forced circulation system, etc., in which the lid body and the can body are separable via an annular packing, and the lid body or the can body of the can body is connected to the annular packing. An annular water stop piece is provided on the annular end surface and protrudes toward the opposing annular end surface.

(Function) On the lid or can body (assumed to be a lid, for example) of the can body, an annular water stop piece is protruded from the annular end surface that joins with the annular packing. The annular water-stopping piece is directed toward the other annular end surface (the can body) opposite to the annular end surface. Therefore, when the lid and the can body are connected by fastening means such as bolts and nuts, the annular water-stop piece covers the entire circumference of the annular packing interposed between the lid and the can body. Then, it comes to be pressed against the opposing annular end face (of the can body). For this reason, the entire circumference of the annular packing is compressed into a thin line, providing high surface pressure and preventing stored hot water from leaking between the lid and the can body.

FIG. 1 is a side sectional view showing an enlarged main part of the hot water storage tank of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the main feature of the hot water storage tank of the present invention is the connection between the lid 2 and the can body 3.

Around the lower part of the lid body 2 and around the upper part of the can body 3, there are flanges 2a and 3a that protrude outward.
are located around each. An annular water stopper piece 9 is provided on the flange 2a of the lid body 2 so as to protrude from the annular end surface 2d near the protruding base. The annular water stop piece 9
is protruded in a bank-like manner along the inner peripheral contour of the lid body 2, and is directed toward the annular end surface 3d of the can body 3. The protruding height of the annular water stopper piece 9 is determined by the wall thickness when the annular packing 7 is compressed with a predetermined pressure (corresponding to the tightening torque value when the lid 2 and the can body 3 are connected). It is preferable to set it to about half of that. Further, a plurality of bolt insertion holes (not shown) are formed in the annular surfaces of both flanges 2a and 3a at appropriate pitches.

In this way, in the hot water storage tank of the present invention, since the annular water stop piece 9 is provided protruding from the annular end surface 2d of the lid body 2,
When the bolts 6a are inserted into both flanges 2a and 3a and the nuts 6b are screwed onto the bolts 6a, the annular water stop piece 9 compresses the annular packing 7 in a thin line shape and over the entire circumference. It becomes like this. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, since the fastening position of the bolt 6a and nut 6b and the pressing position of the annular water stop piece 9 are apart, the fastening force of the bolt 6a and nut 6b is applied to the annular water stop piece 9. This is indirectly transmitted and compresses the annular packing 7. Therefore, as described above, the force that compresses the annular packing 7 into a thin line becomes approximately uniform in the circumferential direction. Therefore, stored hot water will never leak from this joint.

Note that the exterior material portion of the can body 1 is entirely covered with the heat insulating material 4, similar to the conventional one shown in FIG.
It is becoming surrounded by. The insulation material 4
is made of glass wool, urethane foam, etc. Furthermore, the can body 1 wrapped with the heat insulating material 4 is further covered with an exterior material 5. The exterior material 5
is a steel plate coated with vinyl chloride, etc.
It is formed from a resin plate such as FRP. Further, a plurality of legs 8 are provided at the bottom of the can body 1 and extend to the outside of the exterior material 5, so that the entire hot water storage tank can be held upright.

"Study of Alternative Embodiments" FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which an annular water stopper piece 9 is provided protrudingly provided near the protruding base of the annular end surface 3d of the can body 3. In this way, even if the annular water stopper piece 9 is the annular end surface 2d of the lid body 2 (see FIG. 1),
It may also be the annular end surface 3d of the can body 3 (see FIG. 2). Further, the protruding position of the annular water stop piece 9 may be anywhere on the annular end surface 2d or 3d, and is not limited to the protruding base. As described above, the configuration and shape of the hot water storage tank of the present invention can be changed as appropriate depending on the embodiment.

"Effects of the Invention" As is clear from the above explanation, according to the hot water storage tank according to the present invention, stored hot water will not leak from the joint between the lid and the can body. In this way, the sealing performance is highly reliable when the lid and can body are once disassembled and then reconnected.
This has the excellent advantage that inspection, repair, and cleaning of the inside of the can can now be carried out with peace of mind.
