Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 酸素検知器を用いて空燃比帰還制御を行な
    う電子制御燃料噴射装置付内燃機関の排気系の上
    流側に三元触媒が、下流側には酸化触媒がそれぞ
    れ直列に配設され、前記内燃機関の暖機前には前
    記三元触媒の上流側に、暖機後には前記酸化触媒
    前に２次空気を導入する排気ガス浄化装置におい
    て、前記酸化触媒前に２次空気を導入する２次空
    気供給管の途中に、前記帰還制御条件によつて前
    記２次空気を大気開放孔に切換え可能な切換弁を
    設けたことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 (2) 前記２次空気を前記大気開放孔に切換える
    運転条件は、前記酸素検知器の出力が空燃比帰還
    制御中に停止したことであることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の排気ガス浄
    化装置。
