Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、プレキヤストコンクリートの如き型
枠に入れて成形されるセメント製品にアンカ−ナ
ツトの如き金物を埋込む場合に於いて、斯かる金
物を固定するボルトを、上記セメント製品が十分
に硬化していない状態であつてもセメント製品に
影響を与えることなく取外すことが出来るように
した未硬化セメント製品に於ける固定用ボルト取
外し法に関する。

従来、プレキヤストコンクリートの如きセメン
ト製品等にアンカ−ナツトなどの金物を埋込む場
合には、第3図に示されるように、セメント製品
30を成形する型枠31に設けられた位置決め用
金具32を介してボルト33でアンカ−ナツト3
4を固定した状態にてセメント製品30の中に埋
込むようにしている。斯かるアンカ−ナツト34
の埋込み法では、セメントを流込む時及び仕上げ
の時にアンカ−ナツトの位置精度を確保するため
に上記ボルト33をかなりの強度で締め付けるこ
とが必要であるから、このボルト33を取外すた
めにはセメント製品30が十分に硬化するのを待
たなければならなかつた。このため斯かる作業の
生産能率は極めて低いものであつた。又セメント
製品30が十分に硬化していない状態でボルト3
3を取外そうとすればアンカ−ナツト34に大き
なモーメントがかかるためセメント製品30を傷
めることとなり好ましいものではない。

大すると云う問題を惹起し好ましくない。

本発明者は上記の如き問題点に鑑みこれを有効
に解決すべく本発明を成したものであつて、本発
明の目的は、アンカ−ナツトの如き金物を埋込ん
だプレキヤストコンクリートの如きセメント製品
を大量に生産する場合に、安価に且つ極めて高い
生産能率でセメント製品を生産し得ることを可能
とした未硬化セメント製品に於ける固定用ボルト
取外し法を提供することにある。

第1図に於いて、1は上述した如き型枠31に

製品である。3はセメント製品2の内部に埋込ま
れるように配置されたアンカ−ナツトの如き埋込
み金物であつて、埋込み金物3は円柱状又は角柱
状に形成され、その中心軸部に雌ネジ3aを有し
その一端部に抜け防止用のフランジ部3bを有し
ている。埋込み金物3は位置決め金物1の反対の
側より位置決め金物1に穿孔された孔1aを介し
て挿入されるボルト4によつて螺着され該位置決
め金物1に固定される。5は埋込み金物3の回動
を規制するための固定ピンであつて、斯かる固定
ピン5はボルト4の回転軸から所定距離離間した
位置で同一位置となるように形成された位置決め
金物1の孔1bと埋込み金物3の孔3cとに同時
に挿入されるように設けられ、この固定ピン5に
よつて埋込み金物3と位置決め金物1とは係合す
る関係に保持されるのである。

以上に於いて、セメント製品2が完全に硬化し
ていなくとも、埋込み金物3がその自重によつて
その位置を変えない程度に硬化しているのであれ
ば、ボルト4をスパナ等によつて取外すことが出
来る。つまりスパナ等によつて固定用ボルト4を
取外すべく回動させても上記固定ピン5によつて
埋込み金物3は位置決め金物1に対し動かない関
係にあるから斯かる回動モーメントによつて回動
せず上記ボルト4を容易に取外すことが出来るの
である。固定ピン5はボルト4を取外した後に取
外される。このようにボルト4を取外すのにセメ
ント製品が完全に硬化するのを待つ必要がないの
で短時間で型枠31をセメント製品2から取外す
ことが出来る。

に、上記各溝13b,13bに嵌合される突部1
c,1c形成するようにし、これによつてボルト
4の回動時に埋込み金物13の回動を規制する係
合関係を生じさせるようにしたものである。他の
部分は上記埋込み金物3と同じである。

が出来、斯かるセメント製品の生産能率の向上、
コストダウンを達成することが可能となつた。特
に本発明によればガラス繊維強化セメント製品ス
プレー振動プレス法の如き生産方法に於いて生産
能率の向上等の極めて顕著なる効果を発揮する。
