Claims (1)
- 固定ロールの軸受部に立設した平行枠体間に摺
動可能に可動ロールの軸受を設け、前記平行枠体
間に跨設された連結フレームには、バネ収納筒が
、その下部において回動自在に嵌着しており、バ
ネ収納筒中の圧縮バネは、バネ収納筒頂部に該収
納筒の軸方向に沿つて設けられたねじ孔に螺合す
るバネ圧調節棒の端部に設けられたバネ受けと、
前記可動ロールの軸受に一端が固定されており他
端が前記バネ収納筒の底部から該収納筒内に嵌入
している押圧ロツドの端部付近に螺合するバネ圧
調節ナツトとにより挟圧されており、該調節ナツ
トを、前記バネ収納筒の軸方向に移動自在で且つ
該収納筒と一体回転可能に構成することにより、
前記バネ圧調節棒により、バネ圧の設定を行い、
バネ収納筒を回動することにより、ロール圧の微
調整を行うようにしたことを特徴とする複合金属
板製造用圧着ロールのロール圧調整装置。
