Conventional ■Nighttime Conventionally, ceramic products such as bricks and tiles that are molded using clay raw materials are generally made by putting the rough ground into the lower mold of a press molding machine, then lowering the upper mold and placing it between the upper and lower molds. The wasteland was compressed and molded.

However, in press molding, the rough material is simply compressed by the molding surface, and therefore the surface of the rough material that is in contact with the molding surface becomes the surface of the product, so the surface condition of the product is directly affected by the quality of the raw materials, and the surface condition of the product is directly affected by the quality of the raw materials. When cheap raw materials with a high particle content are used, the surface of the product becomes rough, making it impossible to manufacture high-quality products using cheap raw materials.

In addition, for products with chamfers or patterns on the surface, if the pattern to be applied is minute, it is difficult to press the raw material perfectly into the pattern grooves carved on the molding surface using press molding. Therefore, it is not possible to obtain a clear and fine pattern surface, and in press molding, it is not possible to remove the irregularities such as grain orientation at the rough stage, which often leads to deformation after drying and firing. Since heat is generated between the molding surface and the molding surface due to the high-pressure compression action, there have been drawbacks such as poor cutting, especially in products with patterns on the surface.

Even when using inexpensive raw materials with a high content of coarse particles, the present invention allows fine particles to stand out on the surface of the product, and also improves chamfers and patterns to be applied to the surface of the product. The purpose of this invention is to provide a molding method that can clearly mold fine details, eliminate defects such as particle orientation on rough ground, cut, and mold products without defects such as distortion. [Structure of the Invention] In view of this point, the present invention for making space calculations involves placing a clayey wasteland corresponding to the product to be molded into a mold, and vibrating the mold to mold the wasteland. To provide a method for molding a ceramic product, in which a rough ground is interposed between a mold and a holding member, and the pressing member presses the rough ground and vibrates the mold to mold the rough ground. This is an attempt to eliminate the above drawbacks.

LLl In the present invention, by vibrating a mold into which rough ground is placed, movement occurs between clay particles, the orientation of the clay particles becomes uniform with the vibration, and the fine particles absorb water through the gaps between the coarse particles. At the same time, it rises to the surface and the surface becomes smooth,
Furthermore, if there is a pattern on the molding surface, the fine particles will penetrate into the details of the pattern, resulting in a clear pattern.

Next, to explain the method of molding a ceramic product according to the present invention, first, a rough material W extruded into a slightly smaller size is put into a mold l using an extrusion molding machine, etc., and then the mold l is moved under the action of a vibrating device 4. When the rough ground W is vibrated, movement occurs between the particles due to the vibration action, and the clay particles come into close contact with the inner surface of the mold 1 and are molded into a predetermined shape by the molding surface 2, and the fine clay particles are moved to the surface through the gaps between the coarse particles. A fine particle layer 9 is formed by embossment, and the surface is made smooth by friction with the molding surface 2.

In addition, when using a mold 1a in which a chamfer molding part 7 and a pattern molding part 8 are formed on the molding surface 2 as another example, the molding is performed according to the shape and type of the chamfer 5 and pattern 6 to be applied. The vibration applied to the mold 1a is configured to set the optimum conditions for molding the fine pattern 6 by combining various vibration conditions such as vertical, longitudinal, horizontal, and rotational vibrations. There is.

In this case, the molten component becomes molten or semi-molten during firing, and a glossy part appears on the surface of the product F. If the molten component is fired with the scattered position of the molten component facing upward, it becomes a concave glossy part, and the molten part When firing is performed with the device 11 on the side, the molten portion drips and forms a raindrop-like surface decoration, and various tasteful decorations can be applied depending on the condition of the material of the device 11.

Next, to explain the second invention, the rough land W to be formed
As shown in FIG. 3, the mold 1 is interposed between the mold 1 and the pressing member 10, and the pressing member 10 presses the rough surface W, and the mold 1 is vibrated to form the rough surface W. It is formed so as to be brought into close contact with surface 2.

Further, as another embodiment of the pressing member 10, as shown in FIG. 4, the mounting surface of the conveyor 11 on the rough ground W may be used. The waste land W is formed by applying vibration to the forming die 1 while the forming die 1 is interlocked with the movement of the conveyor 11, or when the conveyor 11 is stopped.

Also, in the second invention, similar to the first invention, as other embodiments, patterned molding using the mold 1a in which the chamfered molded part 7 and the patterned molded part 8 are formed, and the molding of the rough area W are performed. By selectively scattering decorative materials such as glass pieces, glass powder, molten substances such as glazes, and insoluble substances such as stone grains on the molding surface 2 before charging, the surface of the product F is given a tasteful appearance. It is possible to add decorations.

In short, in the present invention, a clayey wasteland W corresponding to the product F to be molded is put into a mold 1, and the mold 1 is vibrated to mold the wasteland W, so that clay particles are formed by the vibration action. Movement occurs between the coarse particles and the fine particles float to the surface along with the moisture through the gaps between the coarse particles, making it possible to create a fine and beautiful surface on the surface of the product F, as well as polishing due to the vibration friction between it and the molding surface 2. Because of this effect, the surface of the product F can be made even smoother, and even when using cheap raw materials with a high proportion of coarse particles, a high-quality product F can be molded. Since defects such as particle orientation are removed, defects such as cuts and distortions after drying and baking can be prevented, and unreasonable compressive force is not applied to the rough surface W as in conventional press molding.
It is easy to charge the rough material W into the mold 1 and take out the product F, and the mold 1 can also be manufactured at low cost.

Further, in the second invention, a clayey rough ground W corresponding to the product F to be molded is interposed between the mold l and the holding member 10, and the holding member 1° is used to press the rough ground W. Since the mold 1 is vibrated in this state to mold the rough area W, all surfaces of the product F can be molded beautifully.

Further, in other embodiments, the chamfer molding part 7 and the pattern molding part 8 are formed on the molding surface 2 of the mold 1, so that the product F having the chamfer 5 and the pattern 6 on the surface can be molded. As soon as possible,
Because of the vibration action, the clay particles reliably penetrate into the details of the pattern molding section 8, so that even fine patterns can be clearly reproduced.

Furthermore, on the molding surface 2 of the mold l, glass pieces, glass decorations, etc.
Melting of glazes, etc. yJ-1 Decorative materials such as unmelted materials such as stone grains are selectively scattered as appropriate, so that the decorative materials appear on the surface of product F, and the glass etc. melts and becomes glossy, giving it a tasteful appearance. A certain decorative effect can be created, and in this case, each decorative material can be naturally embedded in the surface of the product F so as to be wrapped around it due to the vibration effect during molding.
