て、その概略的構造を第1図の縦断側面図に示
す。第1図において、発泡スチロール等の発泡樹
脂材を断面台形状の略円錐体形状に成形して成る
振動体本体1は、その周部1aがエツジ部2を介
して図示しないスピーカ本体のフレームに支持さ
れるとともに、その頂部1bにボイスコイルボビ
ン3が接着固定されている。なお、上記ボイスコ
イルボビン3に巻装されているボイスコイル4
は、スピーカ本体の磁気回路5中の磁気ギヤツプ
5a内に占位される。

度が一般的に小さく該振動体本体1の固有共振周
波数が低いために、音響出力周波数特性上に、上
記振動体本体1の固有共振周波数によるピーク・
デイツプが現われてしまい、特に高域領の特性が
劣化する。また、振動体本体1は、断面台形状の
略円錐体形状を有し、その頂部1bに駆動力が与
えられるので、上記頂部1bから音響出力面1c
の中央部分および周縁部までの距離L1,L2が異
なることによつて、音響出力の位相特性に劣化を
生ずる。さらに、ボイスコイルボビン3は、発泡
樹脂材から成る振動体本体1の頂部1bに直接に
接着固定されており、その接着固定状態を精度良
く且つ強固にするのが困難であり、上記接着固定
状態のバラツキによつて音響出力周波数特性の高
音領域に悪影響を及ぼす。さらにまた、一般的に
発泡樹脂材は耐熱性が悪いために大出力のスピー
カ用振動体に用いるのが困難である。

カにも使用し得るような新規なスピーカ用振動体
を提供しようとするものである。

接着性を更に向上させるようにしても良い。ここ
で、上記振動体本体10の頂部10b近傍に一体
結合されている被覆体11のフランジ部11aの
外周端縁11dと振動体本体10の音響出力面の
外周端縁部分との間の距離Laおよび、該被覆体
11の筒部11bの一端縁11cと該音響出力面
の中央部分との間の距離Lbが略等しくなるよう

体11によつて放熱することができるので、この
実施例の振動体を備えるスピーカ本体の耐熱性の
向上を図り大出力を得られるようにすることがで
