本発明は平面振動板型スピーカとその製造方法に関する

が、その反面振動面とボイスコイルが直角に取付けられ
ているため、振動方向に対する剛性が不足すると、振動
板が撓み特性の劣化を招来する。このため通常芯材の密
度を落し厚みを増し、曲げ剛性/質量比を大きくし、さ
らに芯材の両面を薄箔で挾み込み曲げに対する産性をさ

る際には1、第1図に示すように予め発泡体からなる芯
材1の上下両面に薄箔2,2′を、貼着した振動板3の
外周部にエツジ4を装着しておき、一方ボイスコイルボ
ビン5の内面がヨーク6のボール部6′に接触しないよ
うにボイスコイルゲージ7をボビン5とポール部6′と
の間に差込んだ状態でダンパー8’4によってボイスコ
イ・ルボビン5の位置決めを行ない、次にボイスコイル
ゲージ7を゛ 上方に抜き取った後、第2図に示すよう
に上記振動板3を上から載置し・′−0ような状態で′
セコイルボビン5の上端部を振動板3の下面に接着剤9
にて接着するとともにエツジ4の外周部をフレーム10

割しておき、ボイスコイルゲージ7をボイスコイルボビ
ン5とボール部6′との間に差込んだ状態で、共に外側
振動板3a及びダンパー8の内面をボイスフィルボビン
5に接着剤で接着する。そして該接着剤が鴨燥した後、
ボイスコイルゲージ7をコイルボビン5内から抜キ取り
、次に内側振動板3bを第4図に示すようにコイルボビ
ン5内に挿入し外側振動板3aに接着する。なおこの場
合該内側振動板3bの上面は第3図に示すように外側振
動板3aの外径に合った寸法の薄箔2が予め貼着されて
いるため、該薄箔2を外側振動板3aの上面に接着剤で

着強度は十分にあり、スピーカ駆動中の破壊事故もなく
