り流路を接続してなる試薬供給流路とを備えてな
り、 分析流路のフローセルの下流域管路と試薬供給
流路の切換弁の上流域管路とをこれらの流路内の
液体移送方向が一致するように部分的に並設させ
て、ここへペリスタポンプを設定し、かつこのペ
リスタポンプの駆動によるフローセル内への液体
の導入時に、上記切換弁を分析流路との接続側に
設定し、かつ測定後のフローセルからの液体の排
出時に、切換弁を戻り流路側に設定しうる制御部
