び第2下室と、ループ管のポンプ上流側と連通す
る第1上室および第2上室と、該第1上室と第1
下室との仕切りおよび第2上室と第2下室との仕
切りとして配設されたダイヤフラムと、該ダイヤ
フラムに固定されて前記各小径路を個別に開閉す
る開閉弁を備え、前記循環用ループ管内の圧力変
化に応じて原水と各原液の混合量を調整するため
