行なうダンパー開閉装置に於いて、ダンパーの回
動軸に第１の可変抵抗を連動させ、又別の手動操
作の開度調整用第２の可変抵抗の両端にダンパー
開度の上限、下限を設定する二つの限度設定抵抗
を直列接続し、前記第１の可変抵抗及び限度設定
抵抗と第２の可変抵抗を直列接続した抵抗とに基
準電圧を印加し、各可変抵抗のワイパーの電位が
等しくなる様に電動モーターを作動させて第１の
可変抵抗のワイパー及びダンパーを所定位置に移
動させる制御回路を設け、限度設定抵抗でもつて
ダンパーの開度の上限、下限を設定することを特
