５に近接する状態で上方向に案内支持しうる上昇
用ガイドレール９と、同じく他方の支点Ａをレー
キ７の先端がバースクリーン５から離間する状態
で下方向へ案内支持しうる下降用ガイドレール１
０とを夫々配設し、前記ガイド６の上方位置には
上昇用ガイドレール９内に位置するレーキ７の支
点Ａを下降用ガイドレール１０内へ導く上部切換
装置１１を設けると共に、ガイド６の下方位置に
は下降用ガイドレール１０内に位置するレーキ７
