従来の電縫管製造設備に於いて、フォーミング部でケー
ジフォーミングする場合、
1)ケージロール群は、全サイズ共用である為、サイズ

電縫管製造設備に於て、メインドライブをフォーミング
開始前に設置l¥してフォーミング開始からフィンパス
ミルに噛込むまで、ドライブローラを無くし、フォーミ
ング部に於ては調整機構のない取替式の受けローラユニ
ットを設け、これに対し押ローラは板厚変化による高さ
調整機構のみを有る取替式の押しローラユニットとした

ーラユニット、2は押しローラユニットである。3はフ

えたメインドライブ、4は共通ベースである。5は押ロ
ーラ高さ調整装置、6は押しローラユニットクランプ族

製管サイズに共用出来るため、ユニットの数は数サイズ
づつあれば良い。特に入側の最初の1ユニッ1−(受け
ローラユニット、押しローラユニット共)は、全サイズ

開始前に設置して、フォーミング開始からフインパスミ
ルに噛込むまでドライブローラを無くし、フォーミング
部に於ては調整機構のない取替式の受けローラユニット
を設け、これに対し押しローラは板厚変化による高さ調
整機構のみを有する取替式の押しローラユニットとした
ことを特徴とする電縫管製造設備におけるフォーミング
