Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ポンプケーシング内に回転自在に配設された駆
    動軸にロータを固定し、ポンプケーシングと駆動
    軸との間に一対のメカニカルシールを設けて密閉
    状態のポンプ室を形成し、両メカニカルシール間
    に蒸気を通すようにし、各メカニカルシールを、
    駆動軸に配設された回転側シール材と、ポンプケ
    ーシングに配設された固定側シール材と、両シー
    ル材どうしを互いに当接させるばねとから構成し
    たことを特徴とするロータリーポンプ。
