Claims (1)
後に位置する上壁に、断面円形の孔を穿設すると
ともに、該孔内に、下端面が前記エキゾーストポ
ートの上面を形成する柱状の弁体を、前記シリン
ダ側開口部へ向けてスライド自在に配置し、該弁
体の下端面を前記エキゾーストポート内に突出さ
せて、前記シリンダ側開口部の上縁位置を下げる
とともに、前記弁体の下端面を前記エキゾースト
ポート内から脱出させて、前記シリンダ側開口部
の上縁位置を上げるようにしたことを特徴とする
