Claims (1)
- 管端加工機における鋼管等の被加工物を支持す
る管端支持装置において、ハウジングに軸線方向
に移動可能に軸支され軸心部の長手方向に穿設さ
れた貫通孔を有するクイルと、該クイルの先端部
に装着され軸心部の長手方向に穿設された孔に連
通し径方向に穿設された複数の貫通孔を有する軸
と、該軸に回転自在に軸承され径方向に穿設され
た複数の貫通孔を有すると共に、中央部が凹部形
状を呈したボデイと、該ボデイ外周の両端部に固
着され径方向にエアにより膨張、収縮可能なベロ
ーズとからなり、エアがクイルの貫通孔、軸の長
手方向の孔および径方向の複数の貫通孔内を順次
通過してボデイの径方向の複数貫通孔より吐出し
てエア圧によるベローズを膨らませ該ベローズに
よる鋼管内壁が均等に押圧支持されることを特徴
とするインナーサポート。
