定電圧を保持し、消灯信号が出力されたとき零電
圧となる点消灯電圧発生回路と、該点消灯電圧発
生回路の出力側に、負荷として接続されるリヤス
モールランプとを備え、前記点消灯判別回路から
点灯信号が発生したとき、前記スモールランプの
うちリヤスモールランプについては所定時間経過
する間は徐々に明るさが増すように点灯させるこ
