In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a hanging conveyance device, which includes a trolley guide rail 2, a trolley drive rail 3 installed above the trolley guide rail 2, a trolley device 4 guided by the trolley guide rail 2, and a trolley drive device rail 3 installed above the trolley guide rail 2. It consists of a hanger device 5 attached to a device 4. The trolley device 4 includes a front trolley 6, a pair of front and rear free trolleys 7 and 8, and a rear trolley 9.
Connecting rods 10 and 11 that connect the front trolley 6 and the free trolley 7 and between the free trolley 8 and the rear trolley 9, both free trolleys 7,
8 and a connecting frame 13 that connects the upper ends of vertical members 12A and 12B that are connected to each other. The hanger device 5 includes a hanger frame 14 attached between the lower ends of the vertical members 12A and 12B, a plurality of front and rear shackles 15 attached to the hanger frame 14, and a hook 16 that can be engaged with any shackle 15. a plurality of arms 17 having at their upper ends
The lower end of the arm 17
8 can be held. The drive device rail 3 guides a drive device (not shown) such as a chain, and drive protrusions 19 are connected to the drive device at regular intervals. The front trolley 6 is provided with a passive protrusion 20 that can be engaged with the drive protrusion 19, and further extends forward with a swinging member 21 for lowering the passive protrusion 20 to a non-operating position. The rear trolley 9 also includes a swinging member 21.
A fixed member 22 that can be climbed on and rocked is provided to extend rearward. According to such a hanging conveyance device 1, for example, as shown in FIG.
By making the trolley guide rail 2 in this facing portion 25 a divided rail that can be raised and lowered, it is possible to transfer the transported object 18 between the hanger device 5 and the trolley. By the way, the lengths of the conveyed objects 18 conveyed by the hanging conveyance device 1 are various, and when these objects are conveyed by the trolley device 4 of the same length, storage space is wasted when handling short conveyed objects 18. occurs. Therefore, the distance L between the free trolley 8 and the rear trolley 9 is adjusted by changing the connecting rod 11, and is used as a storage length S suitable for the length of the transported object 18. The same can be said of carts, and a plurality of types of carts suitable for various types of objects 18 are flowing along the cart traveling line 24. For example, in FIG. 2, when different objects 18 are transported in both branch lines at the top of the merging section 23 and stored at the top of the merging section 23, they flow through the trolley running line 24 and reach the opposing section 25. After confirming the type of the trolley that has arrived, the transported object 18 to be transferred to the trolley must be transferred from the branch line of the trolley device 4 that holds the object 18 to the facing section 25. In other words, when the trolley reaches the facing part 25, the trolley device 4 stored in the merging part 23 is moved to the facing part 25, and the divided rail is lowered to transfer the object 18 to the trolley. This results in a large amount of work time.

30 is a trolley guide rail, 31 is a trolley drive rail, 32A is a long trolley device, 32B
33 is a short trolley device, 33 is a hanger device, which constitutes a suspended conveyance device, 34A is a long object to be transported, and 34B is a short object to be transported. 35
A is a long object transport line, 35B is a short object transport line, and both lines 35A, 35B have stopper devices 37A, 37B, respectively, slightly above the merging section 36. Reference numeral 38 denotes a trolley running line, which faces the hanging conveyance device in the vertical direction below the merging section 36;
Thus, a facing portion 39 is formed. The trolley running line 38 consists of a rail 41 laid on a floor 40, a long object carrier 42 that can travel guided by the rail 41, and a short object carrier (not shown). Running randomly. The portion of the trolley guide rail 30 that exists in the opposing portion 39 is divided into a pair of left and right dividing rails 4 at an appropriate interval.
3A and 43B, and these dividing rails 4
3A and 43B are constructed so as to be able to be moved up and down in one piece, and are also constructed so that they can be selectively connected to the trolley guide rail 30. That is, a pair of left and right frames 44, 45 are erected with the facing portion 39 in between, and a guide frame 46 is erected parallel to one frame 44, and each frame 44, 45, A connecting member 47 is provided between the upper ends of 46. Reference numeral 48 denotes an elevating member guided by the guide frame 46 via rollers 49, and the elevating member 48 is raised and lowered by driving the chain 5 in forward and reverse directions by driving a drive device 50 consisting of a motor, a cyclone reducer, etc.
A counterweight (not shown) guided by the frame 44 is attached to the other end of the chain 51. Reference numeral 52 denotes a movable frame that is guided by a rail 53 from the elevating member 48 via rollers 54 so as to be able to move laterally, and the dividing rails 43A and 43B are attached to the lower surface side of the movable frame.
The horizontal movement of the movable frame 52 is performed by the expansion and contraction of a cylinder 55 provided between the movable frame 52 and the elevating member 48, so that the divided rails 43A, 43B can be selectively connected to the trolley guide rail 30. Note that a bogie running line 38 is formed directly below the dividing rail 43A or 43B connected to the trolley guide rail 30. Both dividing rails 43A, 43B
Stopper devices 56A, 56B are provided at the lower portions, and delivery devices 57A, 57 are provided at the side portions.
B is provided.

Before the trolley moves to the opposing section, a long trolley device 32A is installed in the dividing rail 43A, and a short trolley device 32B is installed in the dividing rail 43B, and these trolley devices 32A and 32B are respectively installed at stoppers. The devices 56A and 56B are stopped and hold the objects 34A and 34B.
As shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, when the long object to be transported 34A faces the trolley traveling line 38 and the long object transport vehicle 42 travels on the line 38 and stops, the elevating member 48 is lowered and the virtual As shown by line A, the elongated object 34A is placed on the elongated object transport vehicle 42, and after the holding is released, the elevating member 4
Raise 8. Thereafter, the long object transport vehicle 42 flows to the next process on the trolley running line 38, and the empty long trolley device 32A is moved to the stopper device 37A.
By opening of the opening and operation of the sending device 57A, the trolley is sent out from the dividing rail 43A to the downstream trolley guide rail 30 and conveyed. And stopper device 37A
When opened, the leading long trolley device 32A stored in the long object transport line 35A is sent to the dividing rail 43A. If the next truck is for a long object, the same operation as described above will take place.
Also, if the cart is for short objects, cylinder 5
5 moves the movable frame 52, as shown by the imaginary line B in FIG. The short trolley device 32B is positioned directly above the bogie running line 38. The subsequent action is the same as described above.

According to the present invention described above, a plurality of types of trolley devices each having a hanger device for holding objects to be transported can be made to stand by separately on a plurality of divided rails at opposing parts where the objects to be transported are transferred. Although the conveyed object is transferred between the trolley and the trolley that has come into the opposite section, it is done between the trolley device and the trolley, which are designed according to the shape and size of the object. It can be carried out quickly and reliably, and the working time can be shortened.
