Claims (1)
- 外付けの抵抗とコンデンサで構成される時定数
回路によつて出力パルス幅が決定されるモノマル
チバイブレータに用いる温度補償回路において、
基準電圧源と、温度補償用のダイオードとを有し
、基準電圧源の出力を前記ダイオードを介して前
記時定数回路に供給するようにしたことを特徴と
するマルチバイブレータの温度補償回路。
