切欠部３ａ及び傾斜部３ｂが形成された円盤状の
フランジ３と； 該フランジ３が設けられた側の前記基部４に固
定され、該フランジ３の切欠部３ａにその一端部
７ａが嵌合し、かつ前記駆動棒２に摺接して駆動
棒２の回転方向の移動を規制するガイド板７と； 該ガイド板７及び前記基部４間に介挿され、該
ガイド板７及び前記フランジ３の切欠部３ａの切
込み幅より少なくとも大径な位置決め部材８と； 前記駆動棒２の他端部２ｂに連結され、駆動棒
