に固着されると共に前記白金薄膜層の両端部の一
方又は他方にそれぞれ電気的に接続された一対の
リード線と、これらを被覆するガラス管と、を備
えてなる熱線式流量計の感温抵抗器において、前
記セラミツク管及び白金薄膜層の外周とガラス管
の内周との間に絶縁性ペーストを充填させたこと
