FIG. 1 shows a conventional dynamic microphone. In FIG. 1, 1 is a magnet, 2 is a center pole fixed to the upper surface of the magnet 1, and 3 is an annular yoke. An annular magnetic gap is connected between the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 3 and the center pole 2. is formed. 4 is an annular support fixed to the upper surface of the yoke 3; 5 is a diaphragm; the outer periphery of the edge portion 6 of the diaphragm 5 is fixed to the support 4; Reference numeral 7 denotes a cylindrical voice coil fixed to the lower surface of the diaphragm 5, and this voice coil 7 is arranged in the magnetic gap. 8 and 8' are lead wires at both ends of the voice coil 7, respectively, and these lead wires 8 and 8' are disposed between the edge portion 6 of the diaphragm 5 and the upper surface of the yoke 3, and are formed on the support base 4. It is led out to the outside through the hole.

However, in the above conventional microphone, the lead lines 8, 8' are connected to the edge portion 6 and the yoke 3.
When the diaphragm 5 vibrates, the lead wires 8, 8' come into contact with the edge portion 6 or the upper surface of the yoke 3, changing the vibration mode of the diaphragm 5 and causing distortion. There was a drawback. Further, in the above conventional example, the lead lines 8, 8' are connected to the edge portion 6,
Extreme care must be taken to avoid contact with the yoke 3, making assembly difficult. Furthermore, once the lead wires 8, 8' come into contact with the edge portion 6 or the yoke 3, it is difficult to repair the diaphragm 5 without damaging it.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 9 denotes a diaphragm made of a polymer film such as a polyester film, and an edge portion 10 is integrally formed therein. 11
is a fan-shaped terminal layer formed on the lower surface of the diaphragm 9, and eight terminal layers 11 including the edge portion 10 are formed symmetrically. The terminal layer 11 is made, for example, by forming a conductive layer on one side of the polyester film 9 that will serve as the diaphragm by vapor deposition or plating, dividing the conductive layer by photo-etching, and then thermoforming it into the shape shown in the figure. It is something to do. The ends of the voice coil 7 fixed to the lower surface of the diaphragm 9 are connected to different terminal layers 11 using conductive paint. 12 is an output terminal provided on the support base 4, and this output terminal 12 and the terminal layer 1
The connection with 1 is made using conductive paint or by applying a thin layer of adhesive and applying pressure.

As described above, in the present invention, the terminal layer 11 is formed on the lower surface of the diaphragm 9, and the voice coil 7 is drawn out through this terminal layer 11. Therefore, unlike the conventional example, the terminal layer 11 is formed on the lower surface of the diaphragm 9. This has the advantage of preventing distortion from occurring due to contact with the material. In addition, in this proposal, multiple terminal layers are formed symmetrically around the center point of the diaphragm, so the mass of the diaphragm is balanced and resonance does not occur, and the area of the terminal layer is large, so even if the terminal layer is thin. This has the advantage that the resistance is small and the output does not decrease.

また、第3図に示すように振動板の中央部まで

Further, when the terminal layer is formed up to the center of the diaphragm as shown in FIG. 3, the rigidity of the diaphragm increases and split resonance can be prevented.
