る)には、通常アルミ鋳物製が用いられているが、一体
化のためには、バキュームポンプのケーシングを通常用
いられる鋳鉄製からアルミ鋳物製にする必要がある。一
方このようにアルミ鋳物製にすることは耐久性の観点か
ら問題があり、そのためバキュームポンプのケーシング
部分には、鋳鉄製のブツシュを埋め込み内張りすること
が実用上必要である。しかしこのような構成にした場合
は発電機のブラケットの軸受箱部に、従来より埋設され
ていたブツシュの他に別のブツシュを必要とし、合せて
2個のブツシュを埋設しなくてはならなくなり、部品点
数が増加し、また2個のブツシュを同時に埋設する場合
の鋳造時の位置決め方法が複雑となるなどの欠点があっ
た。
