Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、差動油圧モータに関するものであ
る。差動油圧モータは、主として油圧駆動車輛に
おける左右の駆動論の駆動装置として使用される
ものであるが、二個の油圧モータを二つの給排回
路に並列接続するのみで容易に差動モータを得る
ことができるから、近年多用されている。従来の
差動油圧モータは、第1図に示す如く左右の駆動
輪1,2の夫々に可変容量型の油圧モータ3,4
を取り付け、左右の駆動輪1,2が同一方向に回
転するように二基の油圧モータ3,4を二つの給
排回路5,6へ並列接続すると共に、これら二個
の油圧モータ3,4の容量変換レバー7,8を連
結杆等により機械的に連動連結している。第1図
中9は、前記二つの給排回路5,6を油圧ポンプ
10およびオイルタンク11へ選択的に接続する
四方向の油圧切換弁である。このように従来の差
動油圧モータは夫々独立した可変容量型の油圧モ
ータ3,4の容量変換レバー7,8を油圧モータ
3,4の外側において互に機械的に連動連結して
いるので、大きなスペースを必要とし且つ複雑な
構造となつていた。

斜板であり、この傾斜板4は適宜の手段でケース
1の外側からその傾斜を調節できるようになつて
いる。6および7は、傾斜板4の両側において軸
心Aを中心に回転できるよう夫々前記出力軸2お
よび3の内端に取り付けられたシリンダブロツク
で、これらシリンダブロツク6および7には夫々
軸心Aと平行な多数のシリンダ穴8および9が軸
心Aを中心とする円周上に等間隔に配されてい
る。シリンダブロツク6と出力軸2の内端の連結
およびシリンダブロツク7と出力軸3の内端の連
結は夫々軸心A方向の相対的な移動を許容するス
プライン結合である。10は、ケース1の内側左
端に取り付けられ前記シリンダブロツク6の外端
に摺接するバルブプレートであり、このバルブプ
レート10のシリンダブロツク6摺接面にはケー
ス1に設けた二つの給排ポートに夫々連結された
二つの給排溝(図示せず)が穿設されており、バ
ルブプレート10に対するシリンダブロツク6の
回転により前記シリンダ穴8を選択的にケース1
の二つの給排ポートに接続するようになつてい
る。11は、シリンダブロツク6の各シリンダ穴
8へ夫々油密摺動自在に嵌挿され、シリンダブロ
ツク6の内端からその端部を突出するピストンで
あつて、このピストン11の端部は傾斜板4に摺
動自在に係合している。12は、ケース1の内側
右端に取り付けられ前記シリンダブロツク7の外
端に摺接するバルブプレートであり、このバルブ
プレート12のシリンダブロツク7摺接面には、
ケース1に設けた給排ポートに夫々連結された二
つの給排溝(図示せず)が穿設されており、バル
ブプレート12に対するシリンダブロツク7の回
転により前記シリンダ穴9を選択的にケース1の
二つの給排ポートに接続するようになつている。
13は、シリンダブロツク7の各シリンダ穴9へ
夫々油密摺動自在に嵌挿され、シリンダブロツク
7の内端からその端部を突出するピストンであつ
て、このピストン13の端部は傾斜板4に摺動自
在に係合している。ピストン11とピストン13
は夫々その端部を傾針板4の表裏に対向状に摺接
