周面のうち角外周面を周方向で4分割する各部位
に、厚さが相異なる2種類のシム2対を分散させ
て着脱自在に装着し、ポンチ支持部と穴抜ダイに
シム装着部位よりも大径の爪を形成し、少なくと
も底面が平板状に形成された1対の基台の中央部
に、穴抜ポンチのシム外周面と穴抜ダイのシム外
周面にそれぞれ嵌合する貫通孔を穿設し、該貫通
孔の周囲に固定用のねじ挿通孔を穿設するともに
位置決めピンを固着し、ポンチ用の基台にはポン
チシムの爪と係合しかつ穴抜ポンチの基台頂部側
への移動を阻止する溝を、ダイ用の基台には穴抜
ダイの爪と係合しかつ穴抜ダイの基台頂部側への
移動を阻止する溝をそれぞれ形成し、各基台の貫
通孔内に前記穴抜ポンチと前記穴抜ダイをそれぞ
れ装着してなることを特徴とする穴抜ダイセツト
