However, with direct stitching, the amount of feathers decreases as you get closer to the quilting area, the feathers become harder, creating unevenness on the surface of the futon, and the feathers are exposed from the seams, making it difficult to retain heat. This impairs moisture absorption and also makes the appearance worse.

In addition, among those with partition walls, there are
There is No. 4, in which a gusset is sewn in a lattice pattern between the outer material and the lining to form a partition wall, the vertical gusset is cut at the intersection, and each side faces the continuous horizontal gusset in a T-shape. In addition, the facing part is not sewn to the horizontal gusset, and this acts as a feather supply port, but as a result, feathers can only be supplied from the side, especially into the partitioned space near the front and rear ends. Even when filling the space, it is necessary to manually insert the hose through several supply ports from the side to the space. However, there were some defects, such as the feathers opening slightly and the feathers sometimes moving.

(Means for solving the problem) That is, the first invention of the present invention is to
In order to form a partitioned space, gussets 4j are sewn at appropriate relative positions using the seam allowance provided on one side of the gussets 4j, and then gussets 4j are sewn as far as possible from the seam allowance on the other opposing sides of i). A wide seam allowance is provided, appropriate areas are left unstitched, and the opening is sewn open (1), and both sides of the opening are sewn to form a feather supply port, and 1. a hose, etc. is supplied to the feather supply port. After inserting the ingredients in a push-in shape, the feathers are filled with atomized air, and then the peripheral edges of the outer material and the lining are sewn together to form an arbitrary partition space between the facing outer material and the lining. To form the gussets 11j, gussets 11j are sewn as appropriate using seam allowances provided on both sides of the gussets 11j, and cut at the intersection of the gussets 41 to form extensions on one side.1. Bend the cut end of the bosom along the other side, open the bent part without sewing, sew the root part to form a feather supply opening, connect it to the tip part to form a free end, and continue. A supply tool such as a hose is inserted into the partitioned space from the feather supply port to fill the feathers with atomized air, and then the peripheral edges of the outer material and the lining are sewn together. , is a combination of the first invention and the second invention, and in order to form an arbitrary partition space between the opposing outer material and lining material, each can be moved to its relative position as appropriate! ■ Sew j using the seam allowance provided on one side of this, and continue with the corresponding gusset! Provide a seam allowance as wide as possible than the seam allowance described in 111j on the opposing sides of 1j, and sew the appropriate parts unsewn so that they can be opened, and then sew both sides of the opening to form a feather supply opening. and further, cutting the intersecting gussets using the feather supply ports as intersections to form extension parts, and bending the cut ends along the crossed gussets,
The bent portion is opened without sewing and the root portion is sewn to form a feather supply port, and from this point the tip is formed as a free end, and then a hose, etc. is inserted from both the feather supply ports into the partition space. The feeder is inserted in a push-like manner to fill the feathers with atomized air, and then the outer material and 'AJ1! ! It is formed by suturing the periphery of the.

(Function) In the first invention, the present invention constituted by the means mentioned in the second paragraph is characterized in that, in the first invention, the wide seam allowance of the non-stitched part of the gusset futon which becomes the feather supply port is sewn on both sides and overlapped. Therefore, the seam allowance acts as a non-returning tab 1', and in the second seam 1y1, the tip of the extending portion is a free end, and the free end fills Ib'.
! Even if the charged feather tries to move backwards, its own pressure will push its tip against the other force's bulkhead, acting as an inertia valve, so once it is filled, the feather will never be able to move in the hand direction. becomes. Furthermore, in addition to being able to freely control the feeding direction, in addition to these mutual effects, in the second invention, by changing the direction of the mouth of the feeding tool, feathers can be continuously fed into knee or three partitioned spaces. II can be filled with
It is possible to provide a diverse supply of feathers.

A non-sewn feather supply D2 is formed between the side surface of the partition wall 11a and the bent portion of the partition wall 12a. Feather supply [1D1 and D2 are normally closed due to the stiffness of the fibers as shown by the solid line, but when the supply AH of the hose cap is inserted in a push-in manner, they open as shown by the two-dot chain line [1] Therefore, when a feather (not shown in the figure) is supplied to the Y island in this state, and the appropriate amount of H, +- is filled and the supply tool H is removed, the state immediately returns to the solid line, and one feather does not move back. It disappears.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above in detail 4+1, in the first invention, the gusset fabric is sewn to the respective relative positions of the facing outer material and the lining material by seam allowances provided on the negative sides. When sewing while leaving a seam allowance as wide as possible on the other side, leave it unstitched and use it as a feather supply port so that an opening can be made at any point, and sew the seam allowance transversely on both sides of the opening. The seam allowances of the two sheets are always kept in a superposed state, and the feed tool is opened only when the feed tool is inserted between the seams in a push-in manner.Even if the feathers filled with the feed tool try to return, the 2 due to pressure etc.
This is to prevent the seam allowance side edges of the sheets from becoming more and more tightly polymerized and the feathers from returning. 45 is not cut at 91 at the crossing position, but is bent along the other gusset lIJ at the crossing point; δ, and its tip is an extended part with a free end form, and only the root is sewn at the crossing position. Since the feather supply [-] can be opened in the middle, it opens only when the supply tool is inserted in a push-in manner from the intersection X' position on the opposite side of the extended and recessed part. Even if the feathers filled with the feathers try to move back, the free end will become closer to the force distance of 1V due to the pressure etc., which absolutely prevents the feathers from moving back and can be formed on either the vertical or horizontal sides. Furthermore, the third invention is a combination of the second invention and the second invention described in , and is provided at the intersection, so it is applicable to all intersections, whether orthogonal or oblique.
Furthermore, by simply pulling the inserted feeding tool slightly and changing the direction of the tip, all the partitioned spaces defined by the intersection can be filled with feathers continuously, which is different from the conventional lattice shape. Unlike standard partition walls, it can be applied to any partition wall shape that does not cause discomfort to the sleeper and does not create gaps along the body.
Furthermore, as explained in the third invention, it is possible to fill several partitioned spaces with feathers at once, and the direction of the hill and the direction of the feather supply can be adjusted arbitrarily as explained in the second invention. It is extremely easy to fill with feathers because it can be set to
Since the time required for production can be shortened, production costs can also be reduced, and best of all, the filled feathers never shift to one side, so the heat retention and moisture absorption capabilities are maintained over a long period of time.

い。
Furthermore, the shape of the partition wall can be arbitrarily determined so as to minimize the discomfort caused to the sleeper and the gap around the neck, so it must be said that this is an excellent invention that has many effects.
