Claims (1)
- 高周波電源から整合回路を介して負荷に高周波
電力を供給する様に成した装置において、上記高
周波電源からの出力を高周波トランスにより複数
に分配し、各々分配した電力を夫々の負荷に供給
する様に成した事を特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
