- 電子線ロツキングビームの径を調整するための
エレクトハン・チヤンネリングパターン観察用標
準試料であつて、下地に対して異なつた反射電子
放出率を有する領域を複数有し、前記領域はロツ
キングビーム径の異なつた大きさの標準となるよ
う異なつた大きさに形成されていることを特徴と
するエレクトロン・チヤンネリングパターン観察
用標準試料。
