スを蓋着してその内部にタイミングベルト室を形
成してなるターボチヤージヤ付の内燃機関におい
て、前記ターボチヤージヤのコンプレツサから吐
出される過給空気の一部を前記タイミングベルト
室に導くための送風路を設け、この送風路に前記
ターボチヤージヤのウエストゲートバルブに連動
して開閉する開閉制御弁を設けるとともに、前記
タイミングベルトケースの略下端に前記タイミン
グベルト室内の圧力が設定圧以上になつた場合に
開成する逆止弁を設けたことを特徴とするタイミ
ングベルト室の換気装置。 In an internal combustion engine equipped with a turbocharger, in which a sealed timing belt case is attached to an end face of the engine and a timing belt chamber is formed inside the case, a portion of the supercharged air discharged from the compressor of the turbocharger is transferred to the timing belt case.
