    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同一種、同一厚みの白色・耐熱・耐候性フイル
    ム４，５によつて両側から、単体の水蒸気透過率
    が１．０ｇ／m2・２４Ｈｔ（４０℃―９０％Ｒ。
    Ｈ。）以下である塩化ビニリデン―塩化ビニル共
    重合体フイルム又は塩化―３フツ化エチレン樹脂
    フイルムからなる防湿層３をサンドイツチした少
    なくとも３層から成り、総厚１５０μ以下、好ま
    しくは１００μ以下で、水蒸気透過率０．５ｇ／
    m2・２４Ｈｒ（４０℃―９０％Ｒ。Ｈ。）以下で
    あることを特徴とする、太陽電池モジユール裏面
    保護シート。
