- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸気口と排気口とを備え、吸気口から吸入され
た空気がマグネツトロンの冷却用ダクトに案内さ
れて該冷却用ダクト内に設けられたマグネトロン
を冷却し排気口から排出されるように構成された
高周波加熱装置において、 少なくとも前記マグネトロンと前記冷却用ダク
トとの間に一定の隙間が設けられてなることを特
徴とする高周波加熱装置。
