- ターンテーブルを具備した高周波加熱装置にお
いて、高周波加熱装置を冷却する送風装置の吸気
ダクトを高周波加熱室の下方に設け、該吸気ダク
ト内にターンテーブル駆動用モータを配設したこ
とを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
