を貫通して回転軸1に載せられ、回転軸1の回転
に伴つて回転して油溜め4から潤滑油を上方にか
き上げて軸受2と回転軸1との間に給油するよう
になつている。しかして、このオイルリング3は
切欠き部2bの側壁2cで踊らないように支持さ
れているが、この側壁2cとオイルリング3との
接触面積が広いためオイルリング3が回転し難
く、これがため潤滑油の汲上げ量が少ないととも
にオイルリング3との接触による摩耗粉が軸受2
と回転軸1との間に侵入して回転軸1の円滑な回
転を妨げるという不具合があつた。また、オイル
リング3で汲上げられた潤滑油が第3図に符号m
で示すように飛散するため給油量が少ないという
欠点を有していた。

6図に示す一実施例について説明する。図におい

溜めで、これらは上記従来のものと同様である。
5は第5図に示すように切欠き部2bに回転軸1
を挟んで同回転軸との間に間隙を存して軸両側に
向き合せに設けられる支持板で、同支持板の形状
は第6図に見るようにオイルリングの通路5aを
形成する平行な脚部6を左右に具えた型形状と
する。なお平行な脚部6と6との間隔lはオイル
リング3の幅l1よりも若干大きく設定する。この
支持板5はオイルリング3の側面と対向する支持
面5bを小さく形成されており、かつその上部に
油溜部5cが形成されている。そしてこの油溜部
5cと連絡され軸受2と回転軸1との隙間に向つ
て延びる油溝5dが脚部6の回転軸に対する面に
設けられている。なお、この実施例では相対する
支持板5は二つ割れの軸受の上部軸受2′の軸受
面に盛られている軸受用メタル2aと一体成型で
作られているが、樹脂などの耐摩性材料で作られ
た支持板を切欠き部2b内に嵌入して形成せしめ
てもよい。

る。しかも、型の支持板の上部に油溜部を形成
したので、オイルリングの外周面に付着して汲上
げられた潤滑油は飛散したときこれをこの油溜部
にて捕獲し、油溜部で捕獲された潤滑油はこの油
溜部と連絡される回転軸に沿つて設ける支持板の
脚部に設ける油溝によつて導かれて全て軸受面に
供給されるので潤滑効果が向上する。さらに、支
持板を耐摩耗材料とすることにより摩耗を減少さ
せることができるとともにオイルリングとの接触
面積が少ないので摩耗粉が軸受面に侵入して回転
軸の円滑な回転を妨げるおそれもない。
