Claims (1)

内に該開口と同軸的に配置され該ホースの内周形
状を規定するマンドレルと、を有するヘツド部と
、 該ヘツド部の該材料通路に成形材料を供給する
供給部と、からなるホース製造装置において、 該マンドレルは該マンドレルの外周表面とその
外周表面に対向する該材料通路の内周面との間の
相対間隔を変化させる偏芯部をもち、該偏芯部に
より該材料通路の内周方向における該成形材料の
通過抵抗を部分的に異ならせて該開口より吐出さ
れる該成形材料の吐出速度を周方向で部分的に異
ならせ曲がり部を形成するようにしたことを特徴
とする曲がりホース製造装置。 (2) 偏芯部は軸方向に断面積が徐々に増大する
テーパ形状をなし、マンドレルに対して軸方向に
相対移動自在であり、ヘツド部は該偏芯部を移動
させる移動装置をもつ実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載の曲がりホース製造装置。 (3) 偏芯部はマンドレル周囲に複数個設けられ
